Do you remember Aesop’s fable, The Tortoise and the Hare? The hare was moving so fast, and was so far ahead, that he decided to stop and rest. Well, the tortoise was able to catch up, and surpass him, by keeping a slow, yet steady, pace.

Are you more like the tortoise or the hare? While some people love to dive right into lifestyle changes without getting their feet wet, others prefer to proceed at a slow, yet steady rate.

Either way, it seems we all encounter many roadblocks along the way. Misinformation overload, emotional eating patterns, and our busy lifestyles can prevent us from making the changes we know we need to make.
