No matter what you do, and how many doctors you visit, do you feel like you’re missing a piece of a complicated health puzzle? Are you thinking that wheat, gluten, dairy, or some other component of food might be contributing to the problem?
Or, are you already attempting to follow a gluten free, grain free, or multiple food allergen free diet, but still aren’t feeling your best?
Whether you are just entertaining the thought of changing your diet, or have already embarked upon a gluten/food allergen free journey, putting all the pieces of a healthy, food restricted lifestyle together can be not only time consuming, but frustrating as well. There are so many choices and endless bits of (mis)information out there. How do you sort through it all?
I’ve been in your shoes. Between my teenage daughter and I, we have allergies and intolerances to gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. It took years before we realized such food sensitivities were causing all kinds of mysterious symptoms, and contributed to a serious digestive illness that doctors diagnosed as an autoimmune disease.
When you, or your child, don’t feel your best, it affects the whole family. All you want is for the struggle to end, but how can that happen when you feel like you’ve hit a brick wall?
Here’s the thing. When you see your obstacle as the wake up call it really is, only then can you find your way through it. You do what you have to do to clean up your diet and lifestyle. To not only bring your body back into balance, but to emerge stronger, healthier, and happier than before.
After all, what transformation ever occurs without a struggle?
If we hadn’t spent those years researching, label reading, visiting specialist after specialist, experimenting with cutting edge nutritional theories, food choices and recipes, and undergoing a wide variety of sophisticated lab tests, we would never have gotten the answers we were looking for. Through much trial and error, and a lot of patience, we managed to connect just the right set of dots, in a way that no conventional medical doctor ever could have.
It takes time to figure out the root causes of a health challenge. I wish I had someone to help me figure it all out back then, but I didn’t.
That’s why I created this site, because I know that people of all ages are struggling, and that I have specialized knowledge that can help them move forward. It’s not fun to be stuck, and it makes it really hard to nourish your Self, let alone anyone else in your family.
Are you ready to make the gradual changes in food and lifestyle choices that have the potential to make a very large difference in your life?
If so, I’ll meet you where you are right now, and provide you with the resources, tools, support, and encouragement you need to stir up your personalized food allergen free recipe for health and wellness.
